Have model trains that need repair? Bring them to the show for a free inspection and evaluation. Minor repairs done on the spot at no charge. Stop by the show office iin Building 1.

Get your trains appraised at the show. We have a list of over 30 appraisers who can tell you what your trains are worth. Some even buy collections. The list is available at the show office located in Building 1.

Planning a model or prototype railroad event in the Chicago area? Consider having it the weekend of a Great Midwest Train Show. We've worked with national and local, prototype and modeling organizations that want to offer their attendees an additional reason to attend their event. We can offer discount tickets for your attendees and have even provided space for meetings and seminars at the show. Contact us for more information.

The Great Midwest Train Show is the largest monthly train show in the world. The show has been in existence for over 30 years and has a large and loyal customer base. The show is in 5 buildings and has over 500 tables. In the warmer months there is also sellers outside! Have an old train and want to find out what it is worth? Bring it to the show and get a free appraisal. Have an old train that needs to be fixed? Bring it to the show. Many minor repairs are done at no charge. Interesting in selling at the show? Selling space is available.
